Positive: Balkon mit unverstelltem Meeresblick. Strand, Strandpromenade, Geschäftsstrasse, Restaurants, Cafes usw. direkt vor der Haustür. In ca. 20 Gehminuten auf der Strandpromenade in der Altstadt. Äußerst freundliche Gastgeber. In der begeinnenden Saison war das Parken kein Problem.
